1. How can I register?
We recommend that you use your email address as your username so that you can remember it easily.
2. I have not received the activation email.
If you are still unable to receive the activation email, please contact our customer service at info@vicariocinque.it.
3. I forgot my password
If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password?” link on the “sign in” page and we will send you an authomatic email with information on how to reset your password.
4. Which is the difference between the billing address and the shipping address?
The billing address should be the same address you provided to your bank when you applied for your credit/debit card; the shipping address is the one you want to ship your order to.


1.How can I do orders?
Doing shopping with vicariocinque.it is easy! When viewing an item, select the color, size and quantity you need, then click “Add to Cart”. Once you have the desired items in your shopping cart, click on the icon at the top right and click on ‘go to checkout’. You will be presented with a summary of the selected products and the ability to enter any discount codes.
After clicking on “go to checkout”, you will be prompted to log into your account or create a new one. Finally, you will be directed to complete the shipping address and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
2. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I have just placed?
You can only make a change to your order if the order has not been processed yet. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be made. You must immediately contact the customer support team (info@vicariocinque.it) with the details of the change/cancellation request.
3. How long can the items be kept in my shopping bag?
The shopping bag to which your account is linked will keep its content up to 24h.
4. An item added to my cart is out of stock.
The item is reserved only once the purchase is completed during the checkout process. If an item is popular and in limited stock, it may be out of stock once it reaches checkout and stock availability cannot always be guaranteed.
5. Do you restock out of stock items?
Unfortunately, we do not restock most of our items. However, it is possible to request the out of stock item to be restocked by clicking on the link in the product sheet to contact Customer Service.


1. How do I know which size to choose?
You can check the size guide on the product sheet and view our size charts for easy reference.


1. Payment to be accepted
If the payment was completed successfully, please send us your transaction ID or proof of payment to expedite the process.
If you have used bank transfer as a payment method, we will be able to process the order only after having collected the transfer or having received a receipt by email: info@vicariocinque.it.
2. Payed
You have just paid for your order, our server will load your order shortly and we will start processing your order.
3. Under processing
Usually Vicario Cinque processes orders 1-3 working days after payment. Your processing order will go through the following steps. Once these 3 steps have been completed, we will ship your order.
1- Receipt and assignment of items to your order
2- Payment processing
3- Quality inspection of items
4- Your order has left our warehouse and has been collected by the courier for shipment. We can no longer modify your order. You will receive an email from Customer Service with the tracking number to follow the shipment in real time.
4. Cancelled
Your unpaid order has been canceled. You can place a new one at any time.


In the case of a refund request, your order will be refunded in 7-10 working days by bank transfer, after receipt of the return. You will have to make a request to Customer Service and you will have to provide the bank details to make the transfer. Once your refund has been processed, we recommend that you contact your lender for updates.

We ship in all Europe.
2. How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping are free in all Europe.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note: total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)
4. Is it possible to track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order by clicking on the TNT tracking number.


1. How can I return or exchange an item?
Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchanges without prior return authorization. Therefore, if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact Customer Support first for confirmation. Once you have obtained authorization to return the item (s), please follow the instructions provided in the “Right of withdrawal” section.
We recommend that all returns be sent via tracked courier. We encourage you to keep the return tracking number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Vicario Cinque is not responsible for packages shipped with a return label not provided by us or without the packing slip.
2. Please note the following product return requirements:
– The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt;
– The goods must never have been worn or washed;
– The goods must have all the signs attached, the original packaging and the accessories completely intact;
