The products on the site are offered for sale exclusively to natural persons of legal age who purchase for personal purposes, unrelated to any commercial or professional activity.

The resale, rental or transfer of products purchased from the site for commercial or professional purposes is expressly prohibited.

Vicario Cinque may modify or integrate these Conditions of Sale at any time. In any case, the customer will be bound by the version of the Conditions of Sale in force at the time of purchase.

By sending the order, the customer declares to have carefully examined these Conditions of Sale. After the purchase, he/she will still receive an order confirmation email to the address provided.

Each product on the site is accompanied by a detailed description, photographic images, unit price including VAT, available colors and sizes.

The customer can select the desired products and add them to his/her Cart , where he/she can view a summary of the selected items. Before completing the order, he/she is required to verify the accuracy of the selected products.

The purchase is completed by selecting the “Complete Order” option. At that point, the order is sent to Vicario Cinque to be processed and can no longer be modified or cancelled, except for the right of withdrawal.

Product images may have slight differences in color or proportion compared to reality, due to the customer's monitor settings. It is advisable to refer to the technical indications in the product description.

Vicario Cinque reserves the right to refuse orders from customers it deems unsuitable for purchase, for example in the case of previous contractual violations.

Available stocks are limited.

In the event that a purchased product is no longer available, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible.

The customer can choose between replacing the product with another available one or cancelling the order, without any charge.

Vicario Cinque reserves the right to modify, update or remove products from the site at any time, without notice.

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT . The total amount of the order will be visible in the Cart before confirming the purchase.

The products will be shipped only after confirmation of receipt of payment.

The products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Upon shipment, the customer will receive an email with the name of the courier and the tracking number.

If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, he/she must contact the courier to arrange a new delivery.

Vicario Cinque will not ship to PO boxes or unidentifiable addresses.

Vicario Cinque is committed to shipping the products in the shortest time possible.

If delivery is delayed by more than five working days compared to the date indicated in the order confirmation, the customer is invited to report it to info@vicariocinque.it .

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of delivery of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must fill out the online form available here .

The refund will be made within 14 days of notification of withdrawal via bank transfer , net of return costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.

The product must be returned intact and unused. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products.

Upon receipt, the customer is required to verify the integrity of the products received.

In case of anomalies (wrong, missing or damaged products), the customer must report the problem in the courier's delivery document and inform Vicario Cinque within five working days.

If the product received is incorrect, Vicario Cinque may offer a replacement, partial refund or the possibility of choosing an alternative item.

The products sold are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05 .

The customer has the right to repair, free replacement, partial or total refund, if the product presents defects of conformity within two years of delivery.

The defect must be reported within two months of discovery.

All contents of the website www.vicariocinque.it (images, texts, logos, designs) are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

All personal data are processed in compliance with current legislation, as indicated in the Privacy Policy .

These Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law .

In case of disputes, the competent court for consumers is that of their residence. For professional buyers, the competent court is that of Vicario Cinque .
