What are the shipping times and costs?

Shipping is always free for all orders to Europe.

Delivery takes place within 2-3 working days .

The products are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday during office hours. Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

Choose an address where someone can pick up the order. If you prefer to have your order delivered to your office or to a concierge, also indicate the name of the company or the name of the contact person.

Can I make changes to my order?

Changing your order is possible until the warehouse has completed processing. If you wish to make a change, we recommend that you contact Customer Service promptly, who will check the status of your request.

Orders placed after 12:00pm are usually shipped the next working day.

In any case, you have up to 14 days from delivery to make a return, regardless of the reason. You can find more details in the Returns and Refunds and Terms and Conditions sections.

What happens if I am not present at the time of delivery?

The courier will attempt delivery again the next day.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the courier with the option to request any changes to your delivery.

How can I track the status of my shipment?

In the shipping confirmation email you will find the Tracking Number , a code that allows you to monitor the shipment in real time on the courier's website.

Can I exchange the purchased item?

If you want to make a size change or an item replacement, send us a request by filling out this form.

After checking the availability of the requested item you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on the next steps.

We will book the collection of the package via courier at the address you indicated. For the first item exchange, shipping costs are paid by Vicario Cinque.

How do I return an order?

You can request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, send us a request by filling out this form.

A . Vicario Cinque will book the collection via courier, at the address and time availability that you indicate. In order to cover the costs of this management, we will withhold the sum of €7 from the refund amount.

B. Once your return and collection are confirmed, you will receive a notification email with any additional information.

C. In the meantime, prepare the package by placing the products inside their original packaging (we recommend reusing the box the order arrived in).

D. The refund will be made via bank transfer to the IBAN indicated during the procedure within 10 working days.

Before proceeding with the return, read the Conditions of Sale and make sure that the products are returned in their original condition and with the label.
